Tunbridge Ware Waisted Domed Tea Caddy in Ebony with Penshurst Place

A waisted twin compartment tea caddy veneered in ebony with a view of Penshurst Place, Kent, (the Solar & Buckingham Buildings version) to the domed lid.

A wide floral border to the frieze on all four sides. Complete interior with two matching removable lids and a working key. Standing on four ebonised button feet. Attributed to Henry Hollamby. This is an absolute gem in excellent condition.
